EGR valve delete for 2.2 – 2.4 HDI TDCI JTDM engines ref.: EMU_06
TO VIEW EGR VALVE DELETE KIT CITROEN FORD PEUGEOT LAND ROVER 2.2 2.4 HDI TDCI JTDM, CLICK HERE
BEFORE CONNECTING THE EMULATOR, REMOVE THE IGNITION KEY
1. Disconnect the EGR valve cable.
2. Connect the emulator to the cable that goes to the EGR valve. Leave the EGR valve disconnected.
3. Cut the B (yellow) cable.
4. Solder the blue and red cables as shown in the diagram (blue to the mass airflow sensor, red to the ECU).
5. Insulate the connections and secure the emulator with zip ties to a safe place so it doesn't move.
If everything is correct and the car has no other faults, the fault light should disappear.
If the CE light remains on, it is necessary to read and clear the errors from the ECU using a diagnostic tool.
The EGR valve must be closed (default position) or blocked with our cap.
