All connection activities must be performed with the ignition off!
1. The EGR simulator includes 4 wires marked as follows:
A (blue);
B (yellow-green);
D (red);
E (white),
which must be connected to the EGR connector
2. The simulator wires must be connected to the EGR connector wires according to the following table.

| brown or brown/white | Pin C | unused |
| black/white or black/blue | Pin D | red (D) |

3. Next, the EGR simulator must be attached to the wiring.
