Instructions for Deleting EGR Valve VW AUDI SEAT SKODA 1.6 TDI CAY
TO VIEW VW AUDI SEAT SKODA 1.6 TDI CAY EGR VALVE DELETE KIT CLICK HERE
During the connection operation, the ignition must be completely off!
1. Disconnect the EGR valve plug
2. Connect the EGR simulator to the EGR plug. Leave the EGR valve disconnected.
3. Disconnect the air mass meter plug
4. Connect the simulator to the air mass meter
5. Connect the air mass meter plug to the simulator
If all is well, the controller should not report any errors in the EGR system.
If the check engine light remains on, the fault codes must be checked and cleared from the ECU.
The EGR valve must be closed or blanked off
