User manual for deleting the EGR system in the BMW N47 N47S engine

The kits are installed in the locations shown in the image below:

On the left side of the water pump, you should use the longer M6 x 40 bolt and on the right side the shorter M6 x 35.

Regarding the second kit, we use original bolts of excellent quality and durability.

You can remove all the parts that are visible in the image below. In the place shown in the image below,
we have to block the air flow with a rubber plug on the right side.

The exhaust manifold outlet to the EGR system is blocked with a blanking plate and gasket that are included in the kit.
