Made of very strong ductile iron with a high-temperature coating. It is suitable for VOLKSWAGEN 2.5 TDI engines with steel exhaust manifolds that crack and fail. The part is a copy of the original manifold, but it is much harder and withstands heat without any problems. As we know, VW had a "good" idea for some models to start manufacturing exhaust manifolds from tuna can material. Although they are made of good iron, these manifolds do not have a long life because already at 100,000 km due to high temperatures, the manifold burns from the inside, cracks appear - the car loses power, you start to notice the smell of exhaust gases in the cabin. We offer a simple solution - a new exhaust manifold made of ductile cast iron. The manifold comes with all its accessories (gaskets, bolts, nuts).
