ESL / ELV STEERING LOCK EMULATOR

Emulator LED indicators:
• Green: emulator power
• Red: emulator operation – ESL simulation

Emulator wiring:</br>
• Red: +12V ACC
• Blue: GND / ground
• Green: CODE

Important:
Because the ESL system is powered for only a brief moment when the ignition is switched on, the emulator LEDs also light up for only a moment.

The emulator adapts automatically to the vehicle. The engine can be started immediately after installation and requires no additional programming.

The disconnected original ESL unit must be removed from the vehicle.

If the emulator does not work correctly, it is recommended to reset the CAS module using a compatible diagnostic interface.

Installation instructions:
• Perform all operations with the ignition off.
• Disconnect the wiring harness connector from the original ESL module.
• Connect the emulator to the previously disconnected ESL system connector.
• Check the connector type before installation.

The diagnostic device emulates the original ESL signal. Reliable for checking the correct functioning of the ignition and the key.
