INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS: 

The seat mat connector and the seatbelt buckle connector are located under the passenger seat on the yellow wiring harness. At the front of the wiring harness, there is a large yellow connector with a few wires (see Photo 1). At the back of the wiring harness, there are four connectors. These are the connectors you are interested in.

RIGHT: the seatbelt buckle (marked as 1) and the seat mat with 3 wires in colors: black, brown, blue (marked as 2)
Both types of seat mats are the same and require the same emulator. Mercedes just changed the wire colors around 2009/2010.
