Pinion to repair or fix the actuator motor

The drive gear inside your transmission case wears out and causes the symptoms described above.
The transmission box connects to the drive motor and this has a poor quality nylon plastic gear, which is rotated by another metal gear. Over time the nylon wears out and when this happens the gear no longer turns; this gives rise to the symptoms described above. BMW does not sell this part as a spare part, they sell you the complete engine, however, this fails again due to the nylon gear.
Mount our improved design actuator gear and restore your actuator motor.
Replace only the failing nylon component with our carbon fiber/plastic blend gear; a much harder part than the originals. You fix the problem and save the cost of a new tuning motor that will fail again. A high quality, precision replacement.
